This Fuchsite Kyanite sphere has many and wonderful rubies (red) in fuchsite (green) and kyanite (blue). The sphere is large and very nicely made in India.
It has many large and gemmy rubies . There is a slight uneven feel, always the case with this material, due to the dissimilar hardnesses of the rubies (very hard) and fuchsite and kyanite (very soft).

The sphere has just over 3″ diameter (77.8 mm) and it weighs about 15 oz.
