Here’s a rare and absolutely gorgeous zebra stone sphere from Australia.
Unlike a crystal ball, there is so much to see ON rather than IN the sphere. There are critters and structures and … whatever your imagination can see… All these patterns are natural and that’s what makes this material so unique and special. Nobody painted on this sphere!
Dale made the sphere and he did a wonderful job with it. The sphere has a silky matt finish (zebra stone does not take a shine). The darker colors as well as the “smudged” ring in one of the “poles” are all natural and part of this material. See more photos of this sphere below.
The sphere is excellent for a sphere collection and great for decor. It has about a 3″ diameter (78.4 mm) and it weighs about 1.4 lbs.
