This is a cute turquoise sphere with beautiful several turquoise colors as well as tan and brown matrix in very attractive patterns. This is real turquoise not dyed howlite or reconstituted turquoise and it comes from the Old #8 Turquoise Mine in Nevada.
Dale made this turquoise sphere and he did a great job. The turquoise part of the sphere has a nice polish but some of the matrix (tan) has a slight rough feel to it.
This Turquoise sphere is a beautiful collector’s item and it will make an elegant gift.
The approximate weight of this turquoise sphere is 21 g, and it measures about 1.02″ in diameter or 25.9 mm.
