3.9″ Quartz Sphere Crystal Ball SPCB42
Here’s a large quartz sphere. It has about 50-50 clear and semi-opaque sections and it is absolutely fantastic. It is great for a collection or decor especially on a light box.
Quartz spheres are not photogenic because of all the reflections and the images behind the ball that can be seen through the clear sections. There are no impurities or other inclusions. Just internal fractures (very normal for quartz) that allow one to see some rainbows and …other things.
The sphere was made in Brazil. Its workmanship is excellent.
Its approximate weight is 3 lbs 2 oz, and it measures almost 4″ diameter (3.97″) or about 100 mm.

Origin: Brazil.

Quartz spheres are not photogenic because of all the reflections and the images and colors behind the ball that can be seen through the clear sections.
The sphere was made in Brazil. Its workmanship is excellent. There are several minute chips along a natural fracture. Please note the fractures in the sphere do not affect its integrity.

3.7″ Amethyst Quartz Crystal Geode Sphere SPCB24
SOLD
This is an amethyst quartz geode sphere like no other! It is like two items in one: a geode ball and a chlorite included quartz crystal cluster specimen.
The geode cavity is extensive lined with beautiful and high quality amethyst crystals.
The chlorite included crystal cluster is in a geode as well but smaller and of a different kind. The ball was made in Brazil and I have never seen one like that. What it looks like to me is that the walls of this second geode collapsed during the sphere making and revealed the crystal cluster.
It is an exquisite amethyst geode sphere.
