Return to Stone Spheres
This salmon feldspar sphere has a beautiful sheen on opposite “poles” and outstanding color. We collected the rough stone on the Black Hills of So. Dakota.
Dale made the sphere and he did a super job. The sphere has beautiful striations and an outstanding polish . There are insignificant fractures (i.e. they are healed fractures and do not affect the integrity of the sphere).

The sphere is a great collector’s item.
Its approximate weight is 1 lb 10 oz and it has about 3.18″ diameter (80.9 mm).
