Ruby Crystal Large Polished Corundum Specimen MS19
This is a large natural high quality ruby crystal polished on top only and cut flat at the bottom. The top was rounded and polished to exhibit its wonderful and very chatoyant pattern. The crystal has a reddish purple color and hematite inclusions.
This ruby crystal weighs about 2274.5 ct (455g) and, based on its largest dimensions, it measures about 2.7″X2.07″X1.55″.
