This fossil crinoids sphere is jammed full of crinoid parts, is colorful and has a beautiful polish. Crinoids are marine animals that flourished during the Paleozoic and Mesozoic eras and between 300 to 65 million years ago. The looked like plants and lived attached to the ocean floor.
This material consists of a conglomerate of fossil crinoid parts and possibly other marine material petrified over millions of years.
