Here’s a lovely danburite sphere that Dale made from a rough stone from Tanzania.
The sphere is very gemmy and has a great polish. There are minor surface imperfections and insignificant healed fractures. It is also slightly fluorescent and it has a pinkish red glow under SW UV.
Its approximate weight is 129 ct (25.8g), and it measures about 1″ in diameter (25.5 mm).
Origin: The rough stone comes from Tanzania.
