This Pink Peruvian opal sphere is gorgeous. There is pink, of course, but also blue/green, red , black, tan and others with many translucent to transparent gemmy sections and a little matrix in one of the “poles”.
Dale made the sphere and he did a great job.
The ball has a 2.64″ diameter (67.1 mm) and it weighs about 9.68oz.
Origin: The rough stone comes from Peru.
