Here’s a very elegant ruby in feldspar shiva lingam. Shiva lingam is not a sphere not an egg; it is a symbol of the Hindu religion. In this case, it is also a gorgeous little stone.
The rubies are gemmy and have a wonderful purplish/pinkish color.
This ruby lingam was made in India and its workmanship is very good. There is a slight uneven feel to its due to the difference in hardness of feldspar and ruby.
The approximate weight of this ruby sphere is 2.2 oz, and it measures about 1.75″ in diameter or 49.9 mm.
